Emily Hursh discovered aerial arts on a whim, and it was love at first swing. She specializes in the silks, exploring contrasts in motion, shape, and style via complex sequences, and dynamic mechanics. She also performs on cloud swing, single point hammock, in which she can also offer flying tarot readings, and she serves a mean flute of champagne on the lyra. Emily continues to grow as a circus artist through studying rope, hula hoop, hand balancing, ballet, and contortion. She has shared her work at many places, including Dixon Place, Tribeca Rooftop, and Socrates Sculpture Park. Emily shares her passion, and the confidence and joy that comes from being present in one’s body through her 101 silks class at Om Factory Flight School.
